User Data Deletion Instructions

Compliant with GDPR, CCPA & Global Privacy Standards

GridAI Studio respects your privacy and gives you full control over your personal data. If you signed in using Google, TikTok, GitHub, Twitter, or email and wish to delete your account data, please follow the simple steps below:

Method 1: Automatic Removal via Facebook

Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy ➔ Settings.
In the left sidebar, click Apps and Websites.
Find GridAI Gateway (or GridAI Studio) in your active apps list.
Click Remove. Facebook will automatically revoke all access and notify our systems.

Method 2: Direct Deletion Request

To have our team purge all stored data (email, usage logs, AI prompt history, credit balances) immediately from our MongoDB databases:

Send an email to gridaiadmin@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My GridAI Data" from the email address associated with your account.

Our data protection team processes all deletion requests within 24–48 hours and will send a confirmation email once complete.
